| We needed to have our car repaired when it would not start and we were able to leave it in the lot late at night and call letting Hoff know it was there. As soon as they could make room for our repair, they did and worked until they found the problem. Car repairs are expensive, but they were able to repair it for a couple hundred dollars under their original estimate. |

| I started coming to the shop when I had my son's car inspected. Then returned with my daughters car. She had went to one of those chain places, and the car was still giving her trouble. I then decided to bring it to your shop. You all treated me wonderfully, and fixed her car. I will now bring all my cars to Hoffs for servicing. Thank you so much for everything.
